Central Wisconsin Anesthesiology (CWA) is offering a premier CRNA opportunity in Wausau, WI with a total compensation package of up to $470K and a generous $100K sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of surgical procedures
• Participate in a low-frequency call schedule (1 in 19)
• Perform pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia management
• Work collaboratively with a team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation package up to $470,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Premium weekday and weekend shift pay options

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure
• New graduates welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call schedule: 1 in 19 with call pay for callback, pre-call, and post-call coverage
• Supportive, family-oriented practice with strong surgeon and staff relationships
