Job Description

Rush Oak Park Hospital is hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its award-winning academic medical team in the western suburbs of Chicago. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a variety of inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
• Work under the medical direction of anesthesiologists in a collaborative team model
• Serve as a faculty member, mentoring and supervising SRNAs
• Maintain safe, high-quality patient care throughout the anesthetic process

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $250,000 – $350,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• Eligible for SRNA Grant and Illinois Nurse Educator Loan Repayment (up to $5,000/year)
• 403(b) with 100% employer match up to 6% + 457(b) available
• Full medical, dental, vision, parental leave, disability, and fertility coverage ($50,000 benefit cap)
• 208 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays
• Continuing Education: $2,000/year CME, $1,500 license/certification reimbursement every 3 years

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Current Illinois RN/APN license
• Active CPR and ACLS certifications

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts
• No in-house call; pager call is minimal and paid
• Academic and community hospital setting with strong support for work-life balance
