Job Description

Munson Healthcare – Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord, Michigan, is seeking an experienced and independent leader to serve as the Chief CRNA. This is a full-time position with no medical direction, offering the opportunity to lead and collaborate with an exceptional anesthesia team. The Chief CRNA will provide functional leadership while maintaining a clinical workload as a Munson Medical Group/Munson Healthcare-employed CRNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the administrative lead for CRNA staff within the anesthesia department for designated sites
• Work closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director, hospital CMO, and other clinical/administrative leaders
• Oversee recruiting, scheduling, job training, and staff competencies
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and identify professional development opportunities
• Continuously improve clinical and operational processes
• Coach, mentor, and discipline colleagues as needed
• Manage offboarding and termination processes when necessary

Compensation

• Minimum estimated salary: $270,000 annually
• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
