Job Description

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Jacksonville, Texas. This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity, and the Anesthesia Department operates on an independent CRNA model, providing a cohesive and collaborative approach. Cases encompass a variety, including pain, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics. The model excludes OB, trauma, hearts, or neuro cases, with a focus on allowing providers to learn and perform their regional anesthetics.

Job Qualifications

Must be licensed in the state of Texas or be eligible to be licensed.
Experience with a variety of anesthesia cases, including pain management, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

Competitive Starting Salary for experienced CRNAs; New Grads welcomed: Opportunities to earn more.
Premium Pay rate of $150/hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek.
Holidays at 1.5x pay rate.
Sign-On Incentive Up To $35,000.
