Job Description

Join our close-knit anesthesia team at Baylor Scott and White – Sunnyvale as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $232,000
  • Quality bonus up to $8,000 annually
  • $30,000 commencement bonus, plus an extra $10,000 for a start date before June 1, 2025
  • 10 weeks of scheduled time off
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401k with up to 4% matching contributions
  • Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
  • Annual CME allowance

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • New graduates welcome to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday through Friday schedule with home call split evenly among the team
  • High retention rate due to team collaboration and flexible time off coverage
  • Team includes one physician and five dedicated CRNAs

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases
  • Support endoscopy and cath lab procedures as needed
  • No trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatric cases
  • Engage with the local healthcare team and hospital committees
