Job Description

Corewell Health, Michigan’s largest health system, is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia care team in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available in Level 1 trauma, ambulatory, and community hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical specialties, including general, ortho, ENT, neuro, thoracic, vascular, and OB/GYN
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe and efficient care
• Participate in call rotation (approx. 1:7) with additional pay opportunities
• Maintain high clinical standards and support a patient-first culture within Corewell Health

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $275,000 annually
• Starting Bonus: $100,000 (three-year commitment)
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $12,000
• Referral Bonus: $5,000 for each full-time referral
• Additional earnings available through call and extra shift coverage
• CME Allowance: $2,500 annually, rollover up to $5,000

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (ICU or ER)
• Current Michigan RN and CRNA licenses
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Call ratio approximately 1:7 with additional earning potential
• Positions available in multiple sites across West Michigan: Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Big Rapids, Greenville, Reed City, and Zeeland
