Job Description

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking full-time CRNAs to join our expanding anesthesia team under new leadership and a newly structured pay model. With multiple locations including a main hospital, surgery center, and satellite hospital, our system offers diverse case exposure including OB, thoracic, healthy pediatrics, and optional cardiac. Candidates can enjoy flexible scheduling, a collaborative work environment, and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures including general, trauma, OB, neuro, ortho, and vascular
• Perform and manage epidurals, spinals, and optional cardiac cases
• Provide anesthesia services in ORs, endo, MRI, IR, cath lab, and off-site locations
• Participate in beeper call rotation (1–2x/month) and occasional weekend coverage (2x/year)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $210,000+ depending on experience
• $100,000 sign-on bonus available

• Various shift options: 8, 10, 12, 14, and 24-hour shifts

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for CRNA licensure in Virginia
• Ability to work both independently and within a care team
• New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W2 position with flexible scheduling
• Shifts: 8, 10, 12, 14, or 24 hours available
• Facility Options: Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital, or Fredericksburg ASC
• Call Schedule: Limited to 1–2x per month and 2x per year weekend shifts
• ASC shifts have no call, nights, holidays, or weekends
