Job Description

South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA, a 374-bed community hospital and Level 2 Trauma Center, is actively seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem CRNAs to join its growing anesthesia team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthetic care across a diverse case mix
• Perform invasive lines and regional anesthesia independently
• Collaborate closely within an inter-professional care team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $240,000
• Upfront sign-on bonus
• Retention and annual performance bonuses
• 7 weeks of vacation + 1 week CME

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• NBCRNA certified
• Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure
• Strong regional anesthesia skills preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available
• Flexible scheduling supporting work-life balance
• Wide case mix: vascular, ortho, general, gyn, thoracic, neuro, OB, and healthy peds
• No anesthesia residents
