Job Description

CRNAs at MEEI play a vital role in delivering world-class anesthesia care for high-acuity ENT and ophthalmologic procedures, including complex skull base and pediatric surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general and regional anesthesia for advanced ENT and ophthalmology procedures
• Collaborate with expert surgical teams and manage challenging airways
• Support fragile pediatric and NICU/PICU patients
• Engage in academic teaching and innovation opportunities if desired

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $270,000–$290,000 (W-2)
• Additional compensation available for overtime and call shifts
• Sign-on bonus available
• Optional academic appointments and professional development support

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Current Massachusetts RN license and Expanded Role CRNA certification
• NBCRNA certification or recertification
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Shifts: 7am–5pm, 7am–7pm, and 12pm–8pm
• Opportunities for varied case types and academic growth
