Job Description

South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA, a 374-bed community hospital and Level 2 Trauma Center, is actively seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem CRNAs to join its growing anesthesia team. With a strong connection to Boston’s top teaching hospitals and an emphasis on autonomy and training, this is an excellent opportunity for nurse anesthetists looking for meaningful and rewarding work in a collaborative hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality anesthetic care across a diverse case mix
Perform invasive lines and regional anesthesia independently
Collaborate closely within an inter-professional care team

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $240,000
Upfront sign-on bonus
Retention and annual performance bonuses
7 weeks of vacation + 1 week CME

Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
NBCRNA certified
Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure
Strong regional anesthesia skills preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available
Flexible scheduling supporting work-life balance
Wide case mix: vascular, ortho, general, gyn, thoracic, neuro, OB, and healthy peds
No anesthesia residents
