Job Description

Community Health Network is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our OB Anesthesia team at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time W-2 position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to practice independently in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for OB patients, including epidurals, spinal anesthesia, general anesthesia, and post-operative pain management.
• Participate in in-house OB call and rotating weekend coverage.
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions during and after anesthesia procedures.
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of anesthesia care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $290,000 – $425,000 annually.

• Three (3) 24-hour shifts every two weeks (0.9 FTE).
• Call 1–2 times per month, rotating weekends.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an OB CRNA preferred.
• Proficiency in epidural, spinal, and general anesthesia for OB cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current Indiana CRNA license (or eligibility).
• NBCRNA certification.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Three 24-hour shifts every two weeks.
• In-house OB call coverage.
• Collaborative, supportive OB anesthesia team.
• Rotating weekend responsibilities.
