Job Description

Franciscan Physician Network is actively seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its well-established anesthesia team in Lafayette, IN. This role provides a strong work-life balance with no call, no travel, and the opportunity to practice in a respected, team-oriented hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care under physician-led supervision
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, anesthetists, and CRNAs
• Perform a wide variety of procedures, including ortho, ENT, neuro, urology, general surgery, vascular, and healthy pediatrics
• Ensure patient satisfaction and uphold a culture of compassionate care

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a Master’s-level Nurse Anesthesia program accredited by the COA
• Certified by the NBCRNA
• Active Indiana CRNA license
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position, Monday–Friday
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Hospital-based setting at Franciscan Health Lafayette East
• Physician-led direct supervision model
