Job Description

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their outpatient surgical team. This is an autonomous, independent practice position in a highly supportive, financially stable, not-for-profit health system. The position includes a diverse case mix and no call requirement, offering excellent work-life balance in a scenic and active community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services in an outpatient setting
• Perform blocks and care for healthy pediatric patients
• Manage a wide variety of surgical cases including ortho, ENT, GI, plastics, ophthalmology, EP, and pulmonary
• Opportunity to cover 24-hour OB shifts if desired (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $270,000–$320,000 depending on experience
• Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses
• $5,000 annual CME allowance + $1,000 license/dues reimbursement

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Montana licensure
• Experience or comfort with blocks and healthy pediatric patients required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday or flexible)
• No nights, weekends, or call required
• Outpatient-only setting with full specialty support available onsite
