Job Description

Bothwell Regional Health Center is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its collaborative anesthesia team in Sedalia, Missouri. Located just one hour from both Kansas City and Columbia, this opportunity offers a high-quality lifestyle, strong compensation, and an excellent team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an 8-member anesthesia team (2 Anesthesiologists / 6 CRNAs)
  • Provide anesthesia for general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, orthopedics, urology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric ENT
  • Perform neuraxial and regional anesthesia (ultrasound-guided techniques preferred)
  • Call schedule: 1 in 8 primary and 1 in 8 backup call (rare call back; taken from home)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $260,000 – $280,000
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  • 9 weeks of PTO (320 hours annually)

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Missouri CRNA license or eligibility
  • Expertise in neuraxial and regional blocks; ultrasound-guided skills preferred
  • Must live within 30 minutes for call response

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time with average 35-hour work weeks
  • Most cases finished by 3:00 PM
  • 108-bed hospital with 5 ORs, 2 endo suites, and separate C-section suite
  • EMR: Meditech (OR charting on paper)
