Job Description

Renew Medical Group is seeking an experienced CRNA to join our growing anesthesia team at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. This highly desirable weekday-only position offers excellent compensation, no nights, weekends, or call, and is focused exclusively on orthopedic procedures. As part of onboarding, Renew Medical Group covers the cost of a regional anesthesia course to support your clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a high-volume of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Utilize advanced regional anesthesia techniques to support orthopedic patients.
• Work collaboratively within a CRNA-led, clinician-driven group focused on autonomy and quality.
• Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care in a modern surgical facility.
• Contribute to the Mercy + Renew Medical partnership’s growth and success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $185/hour.
• Total compensation: $318,200 annually.
• Income range: $310,000 – $330,000 (estimated).
• 1099 independent contractor model.
• 9 weeks off annually, including paid holidays.
• PSLF eligibility for loan forgiveness.
• Regional anesthesia course included as part of onboarding.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Current Missouri CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia required.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, MO.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• No nights, weekends, or call.
• No floating to other facilities.
• Supportive, team-oriented environment in a CRNA-led group.
