Job Description
Grand River Health is seeking a full-time board-eligible or board-certified CRNA to join an established 4-person anesthesia team in beautiful Western Colorado. You will practice independently in a supportive hospital environment featuring a 4-bed OR and 1 procedure room. This position emphasizes work-life balance, professional autonomy, and a welcoming small-town lifestyle surrounded by outdoor adventure.
This is a full-time, W-2 position offering a guaranteed salary, light call, and post-call days off—with no OB and a strong team-based atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services across a wide variety of cases
- Perform your own cases and share caseload equitably with the team
- Common cases include General Surgery, Ortho, ENT, GYN, and Colonoscopies
- Call is Q4 from home with 30-minute response time; post-call days off
- Participate in the continued development of a strong, well-equipped OR team
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed annual salary of $260,000
- $30,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Board-eligible or board-certified
- Eligible to practice in Colorado
- Ability to practice independently and manage a broad range of surgical cases
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 employment
- Call is every fourth night from home with 30-minute response
- Post-call days off
- Independent practice model with team collaboration
- No OB cases
