Job Description

An outstanding opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is available in Texas, offering a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. This role provides the chance to work in a supportive, modern environment with access to state-of-the-art technology and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia for elective cases including orthopedics, spine, gynecology, general surgery, podiatry, urology, GI, and pain management
  • Utilize advanced systems including MAKO robots and neuro-spine navigation
  • Collaborate within a team-focused environment, welcoming both experienced and new graduate CRNAs
  • Maintain accurate anesthesia records using Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $260,000 with potential to exceed $300,000 with overtime ($180/hr premium for extra hours)
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • CME allowance: $2,000 annually
  • Comprehensive health benefits package (valued at 18-20% of salary)

  • No state income tax in Texas

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active or eligible for Texas licensure
  • New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
