Job Description

An outstanding opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is available in Texas, offering a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. This role provides the chance to work in a supportive, modern environment with access to state-of-the-art technology and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for elective cases including orthopedics, spine, gynecology, general surgery, podiatry, urology, GI, and pain management
Utilize advanced systems including MAKO robots and neuro-spine navigation
Collaborate within a team-focused environment, welcoming both experienced and new graduate CRNAs
Maintain accurate anesthesia records using Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: $260,000 with potential to exceed $300,000 with overtime ($180/hr premium for extra hours)
Sign-on bonus available
Relocation assistance up to $10,000
CME allowance: $2,000 annually
Comprehensive health benefits package (valued at 18-20% of salary)

Malpractice coverage provided
5-6 weeks of paid time off
No state income tax in Texas

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active or eligible for Texas licensure
New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

No call, weekends, nights, or holidays required
