Job Description

Carolina Anesthesia Associates is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a full-time position providing anesthesia at outpatient endoscopy centers and office-based plastic surgery practices. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and provide safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for outpatient endoscopy procedures and plastic surgery cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $220,000 – $230,000

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Current North Carolina RN and APRN licensure
• Experience providing anesthesia in outpatient and office-based settings preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule
• Flexible options available (3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek)
• No weekends or on-call required
