Job Description

Seeking experienced locum tenens CRNAs for a high-demand opportunity with a major health system in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This long-term partnership offers consistent work at a Level II trauma hospital, competitive pay, and full travel and malpractice coverage. Ideal for CRNAs available for 90+ day assignments in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a care team model for trauma, ortho, general, vascular, spine, and thoracic cases
• Perform spinals, epidurals, arterial line placements, and ventilator management
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in 3:1 or 4:1 supervision ratio
• Ensure safe and effective perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties

Compensation & Benefits

• $250/hour (1099)
• $1,800–$2,800/day depending on shift length
• Paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail

Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, and vent management

Schedule & Work Environment

• Daily schedule includes 8s and 12s, with some 10s in GI/Endo
• Facility: Level II trauma hospital in Charlotte suburb
• Minimum 90-day commitment preferred
• Estimated credentialing timeline: 60 days
