Job Description

Join a top-tier academic medical center in Lexington, KY as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, no call, and the chance to practice in a collaborative, supportive environment with access to ongoing professional development. New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $250,000–$310,000
  • $20,000–$30,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $4,000 professional development funds + 2 CME weeks annually
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • No call, optional overtime available

Responsibilities

  • Administer general and regional anesthesia across a wide case mix, including trauma
  • Care for patients of all ages and acuity levels
  • Perform procedures including invasive lines
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver safe, effective anesthesia care
  • Engage in professional development and continuing education

Qualifications

  • Current CRNA certification or eligibility to obtain certification before start date
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Passion for continuous learning and skill development

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Flexible schedule – Monday through Friday
  • No nights, weekends, or call
  • Work in a collaborative academic hospital setting
