Job Description

Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a thriving, collaborative care team in a work/life balance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients across all ages
• Autonomously administer pre-anesthesia, intra-op, and post-anesthesia care
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and OR staff in a supportive team-based setting
• Participate in weekend call three times per year (10-hour shifts + 2 hours on-call)

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 with 2-year commitment
• Front-loaded PTO with 90% cash-out value
• Salary position with premium rate paid for overtime
• Preferred daily assignments and early-out shift rotations

Job Requirements

• Licensed RN and APRN in South Carolina
• Certified CRNA by AANA Council on Certification
• ACLS and PALS certification

Schedule & Work Environment

• No overnight call
• Weekend call: only 3 weekends per year
• Minimal holiday coverage (approximately one holiday per year)
• Daily lunch provided, newly renovated breakroom
• Autonomy in medication and equipment selection
