Job Description

Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated anesthesia care team. This position offers a variety of anesthesia cases and the opportunity to work within a supportive Care Team model. Ideal candidates will be motivated, skilled in all types of anesthesia, and eager to excel in their field.

Key Details

• Full-time position (W-2) with comprehensive benefits
• Shifts: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM
• Overtime opportunities available in the afternoon, nights, and weekends
• Very limited call requirements
• Relative independence within a collaborative Care Team model
