Job Description

OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dynamic and collaborative anesthesia team. As the only Level I Trauma Center in Oklahoma, this position offers unmatched exposure to complex and high-acuity cases in a supportive academic medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a wide range of specialties including neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, oncology, and OB
• Participate in labor epidurals and spinals (OB), but no open heart or regional required
• Work alongside MDAs in a highly collaborative Medical Director model
• Engage in challenging, academic-level cases that enhance clinical skills and experience

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment with total compensation package ranging from $270,000 to $370,000
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• $15,000 relocation bonus
• Six weeks PTO, increasing with tenure

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active or eligible Oklahoma licensure
• Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a high-acuity academic hospital

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with no call
• Work in Oklahoma’s only Level I Trauma Center
