Job Description

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas, is seeking a talented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its highly regarded anesthesia team. This full-time position offers a $75,000 sign-on bonus, relocation support, and an exceptional work-life balance within one of the nation’s most respected healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for surgical and endoscopic procedures in a modern, stand-alone surgery center.
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care while collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
Perform pre-operative assessments, intra-operative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and the highest standards of patient safety.

Compensation & Benefits

Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,000
CME Allowance: $4,000 plus five days per year
Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for overtime

Work Schedule & Environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday; no call, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Current CRNA certification and active Texas license (or eligibility)
BLS and ACLS certifications (within 30 days of hire)
Less than one year of experience acceptable — mentorship available
