Job Description

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas, is seeking a talented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its highly regarded anesthesia team. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and endoscopic procedures in a modern, stand-alone surgery center.
• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care while collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
• Perform pre-operative assessments, intra-operative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and the highest standards of patient safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,000
• CME Allowance: $4,000 plus five days per year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Current CRNA certification and active Texas license (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (within 30 days of hire)
• Less than one year of experience acceptable — mentorship available
