Job Description

Aria Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing practice in Creve Coeur, Missouri. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, providing an excellent work-life balance.

The CRNA will practice independently in a cosmetic surgery setting within a Quad A accredited facility, delivering anesthesia care across a focused range of elective procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for cosmetic surgery procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during perioperative care
• Manage airway and anesthesia delivery independently
• Collaborate with surgical staff to maintain efficient workflow

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $230,000
• W-2 employment status
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Predictable weekday schedule with no call requirements

Job Requirements

• Active Missouri CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required (or in process acceptable)
• Current ACLS certification required
• PALS not required
• New graduates accepted
• Ability to practice independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Start date: June 1
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No first call responsibilities
• No second call responsibilities
• No weekends or holidays
• Independent CRNA practice model (0% medical direction)
• Facility includes 3 operating rooms
• Team consists of 2 full-time CRNAs
• Office-based anesthesia setting (cosmetic surgery)
• No OB, cardiac, trauma, pediatric, or critical care cases
