Job Description

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team in St. Louis, Missouri. This flexible W-2 opportunity offers highly competitive hourly compensation with no call responsibilities and an autonomous practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures
• Deliver safe perioperative anesthesia management throughout all phases of care
• Collaborate with surgical and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain efficient workflow in a hospital-based anesthesia setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $160 per hour weekday PRN rate
• $250 per hour weekend PRN rate
• W-2 employment status
• No first-call responsibilities
• No second-call responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification required
• Ability to work independently in a hospital anesthesia setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills preferred
