Job Description

Southdale Anesthesiologists & Anesthetists is seeking full-time or part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide high-quality anesthesia care for surgical patients in a medically directed care team environment. This role is strictly outpatient at our Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) in Eagan and Edina, Minnesota. This position offers a balanced work-life environment with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call. Orthopedic experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia care for a wide range of outpatient surgical procedures.
• Work collaboratively in a medically directed care team model.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia as necessary to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $133,000 to $303,320 annually
• Starting bonus available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Minnesota CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Orthopedic experience preferred but not required

• No call requirements
