Job Description

Join the elite anesthesia team at UF Health Jacksonville, a premier Level 1 Trauma Center. This full-time CRNA opportunity offers a dynamic, high-acuity setting with the latest technology and a collaborative environment focused on saving lives and delivering excellence in care. A generous sign-on bonus is available for qualifying candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing surgical procedures across multiple specialties
  • Collaborate with surgical and trauma teams in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated salary starting at $200,000+
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus for 0.5 FTE and above (prorated by FTE)
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for Florida state licensure
  • Experience in trauma or high-acuity surgical cases preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position with no first call required
  • Supportive and skilled trauma and surgical teams
  • Access to advanced surgical and anesthesia technology
