Job Description

Ortho NorthEast in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking full-time CRNAs to join its private practice anesthesia team in a highly specialized orthopedic hospital and surgery center. This opportunity offers premium compensation, no call, no weekends, and a focused surgical environment with both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic cases.

CRNAs will work in a modern facility alongside an experienced clinical team, providing high-quality anesthesia care with strong support and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Place spinal anesthesia and regional blocks as appropriate
• Monitor patient recovery and ensure safe post-anesthesia outcomes
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Maintain accurate records and follow best-practice safety standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation of $297,000 to $300,000
• $175 per hour paid after 10 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week
• $30,000 tuition reimbursement or sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 reimbursable relocation expenses
• 7 weeks vacation plus 5 personal days
• $1,700 per day for optional add-on Saturdays

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Indiana license or ability to obtain one
• NBCRNA certification required or in process
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Experience or interest in orthopedic and regional anesthesia preferred
• Strong clinical and teamwork skills
• New graduates welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with 8, 10, and 12-hour shift options
• No first call, second call, weekends, or major holiday requirements
• Specialized orthopedic hospital and surgery center setting
• Inpatient and outpatient case mix
• Supportive private practice team environment
