Beacon Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team at Elkhart General Hospital, a 254-bed Level III Trauma Center. Schedule & Practice

  • 40-hour work week
  • Flexible mix of 8, 9, 10, and 24-hour shifts
  • Most providers work 3–5 days per week
  • No routine first call
  • Second call averages approximately two home call shifts per month and one weekend every 6–8 weeks
  • Premium callback and overtime compensation
  • Ability to trade shifts and additional earning opportunities available

CRNAs enjoy a broad clinical practice caring for general, orthopedic, obstetric, pediatric, outpatient, trauma, neuro, vascular, and regional anesthesia cases. Providers practice in a medically supervised care team model with significant autonomy, managing their own anesthetics while physician support remains readily available. Regional blocks are optional based on provider preference, and physician anesthesiologists manage PACU care.

Qualifications

  • Current Indiana CRNA licensure or eligibility
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • Current ACLS certification
  • New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
