An orthopedic-focused ambulatory surgery center in Jeffersonville, Indiana is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team. This opportunity offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, excellent work-life balance, and a focused orthopedic case mix including total joints and sports medicine procedures.

The facility operates with a collaborative anesthesia model consisting of one anesthesiologist and two CRNAs, providing high-quality care in a modern outpatient surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic outpatient surgical procedures
• Assist in the management of total joint and sports medicine cases
• Participate in regional anesthesia services as part of the orthopedic program
• Deliver safe perioperative patient care throughout all phases of treatment
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to optimize patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily compensation ranging from $1,200 – $1,400
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Current Indiana CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Orthopedic anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong team-oriented approach to patient care
