Job Description
Join a close-knit anesthesia team at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba, Michigan. This full-time W-2 position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based environment at a critical access hospital serving the local community.
You will work alongside 1 physician and 6 CRNAs in a collaborative culture that values professional growth, autonomy, and strong camaraderie.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for bread-and-butter surgical cases
- Perform regional anesthesia and manage OB/GYN cases
- Practice at the top of your license in a team-based setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 annual compensation: $285,000
- Sign-on bonus offered

- 8 weeks scheduled time off (STO)
Job Requirements
- Board-Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Unrestricted APRN license prior to start
- Completion of training and board certification before employment
- Interest in practicing at the top of license in a team-based model
- New graduates welcome to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shared call rotation averaging 1:6
- Critical access hospital setting
