Job Description

Azura Vascular Care, a division of Fresenius Medical Care, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their outpatient team in Arlington, VA. Enjoy a weekday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays while delivering high-quality, minimally invasive care in a state-of-the-art vascular access center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain informed consent
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during outpatient vascular procedures
• Perform airway management, including fiberoptic intubation
• Manage recovery and post-anesthesia care
• Support patient safety initiatives and perform emergency interventions as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Monday–Friday schedule – no nights, weekends, or on-call
• Travel between local locations may be required (~10–15%)

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA
• Current RN/CRNA licensure in Virginia (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS required
• 8–12 years related experience preferred (5+ years as CRNA ideal)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Outpatient setting — Monday to Friday only
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• May require standing for extended periods and lifting patients >50 lbs
• Work in a collaborative, procedure-based environment
