Job Description

Dominion Anesthesia PLLC is expanding and seeking full-time CRNAs to join its team at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a medically directed team model across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including ortho, ENT/plastics, urology, OB/GYN, neurosurgery, and general surgery
• Deliver safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and surgical teams

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 salary: $220,000–$260,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus available
• 7 weeks paid leave
• Premium pay for holidays, call, and weekend shifts (where available)

Job Requirements

• Current Virginia CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome to apply
