Job Description

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking CRNAs to join their team with a $100k sign-on bonus. The position includes a variety of cases such as general, trauma, OB, thoracic, and healthy peds. Shift options include 8-, 10-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts, with call 1-2 times per month and only two required weekend shifts per year. The role offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Each CRNA is hired for a specific location (FASC, MWH or SH), and may occasionally float to other locations based on cases and staffing. Most staff work 8-,10- or 12-hour shifts throughout the week, with an option to do 14- or 24-hour shifts. Beeper call is 7p-7a, 1-2x/month, and a required weekend beeper call shift (Saturday & Sunday), 2x/year. That’s right, just two (2) weekend beeper call shifts per year. Our ASC offers 8-,9- or 10-hour shifts, along with no call, nights, holidays, or weekends. Stafford offers 8-,10-,12- or 24-hour shifts, with call 1-2 weekend beeper 8/hr. call shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per month.

Job Qualifications

Experience in OB and general anesthesia required. Optional cardiac experience.
