Job Description

South Bay Anesthesia Medical Group, a well-established private practice in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with a focus on day shifts and no call or weekend requirements. Our practice is located less than two miles from the ocean, providing easy access to the vibrant beach cities of Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo Beach, as well as the beautiful Palos Verdes peninsula. Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for a variety of general surgical cases in a community hospital setting.
Administer and monitor anesthesia for outpatient and inpatient procedures.
Collaborate with a team of experienced anesthesiologists and medical professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Ensure comprehensive post-anesthesia care and monitor patient recovery.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive daily rate: $1,200 – $1,500 per day
W-2 employment status
Flexible schedule: Wednesday – Friday shifts available
No call and no weekends – maintain work-life balance

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
Active CRNA licensure in California
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Work Environment

Locum tenens position
Wednesday – Friday shifts available
No call and no weekend requirements
Community hospital setting with a collaborative care team
