NorthStar is hiring a CRNA in Elizabethtown. $230K+ $16K QI, $75K sign-on, Great Benefits. 8 Wks PTO, Great Case Mix. NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services across a diverse case mix
  • CRNAs perform spinals for C-sections

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary $230K + $16K Quality Incentive for $246K annual compensation
  • 3% increase year over year
  • Stipends & Sign-on bonus: $75K for a 3-year commitment or $50K for a 2-year commitment
  • Generous PTO: 8 weeks
