Job Description
A private anesthesia group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its physician-led team at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This full-time opportunity offers a highly desirable lifestyle with no call, reduced weekly hours, and a predictable schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care primarily for orthopedic surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
- Administer anesthesia including regional techniques as needed
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
- Provide post-anesthesia care and recovery management
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists while maintaining independent practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation of approximately $275,000
- Option for W-2 or 1099 employment structure
- 6 weeks of paid vacation
- No call, nights, weekends, or holiday requirements

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for Arkansas state licensure
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
- Regional anesthesia experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with physician support available
