Job Description

Lexington Health, a Magnet with Distinction hospital and one of South Carolina’s premier healthcare systems, is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their highly respected anesthesia team. This full-time position offers exceptional pay, benefits, and work-life balance — with no overnight call, limited weekend coverage, and a $100,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics.
• Deliver pre-anesthesia, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical cases.
• Perform emergency airway management and support as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in maintaining high standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and documentation accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $200,000–$600,000 (based on experience and schedule)
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 4-year commitment
• Front-loaded PTO with 90% cash-out value (minimum 60 hours)
• Premium-rate overtime pay
• Work approximately one holiday per year
• No overnight call – only three weekend calls per year

Job Requirements

• Current RN and APRN licensure in the state of South Carolina
• Board certification from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, safe anesthesia care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible, day-shift scheduling
• No overnight call and limited weekend obligations
