Job Description

The University of Missouri School of Medicine’s Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. This full-time endoscopy position offers a balanced weekday schedule with no call or weekend requirements, an excellent base salary, and the benefits of an academic medical system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for endoscopy procedures in a CRNA-only practice environment.
• Collaborate with proceduralists under medical supervision to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Support anesthesia coverage across Capital Region Medical Center as needed.
• Adhere to hospital and University of Missouri health and safety protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000–$260,000 per year
• Additional Compensation: Up to $210/hour for extra shifts
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• No nights, weekends, or call duties
• FTE works 43 weeks per year with generous time off

Qualifications

• Current certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Eligibility for Missouri CRNA licensure
