This is a great site for CRNA info, would like to see it gain more traction for those of us trying to apply and would be nice to get some discourse going on here with those who are already CRNAs or in CRNA school.
I want to apply to CRNA school, I have been a nurse for almost 6 years but I do not have ICU experience. Has anyone out there gotten into CRNA school with ER experience, and based on the fact that they have an extensive nursing background?
I see some cases where ER experience is considered ok, but really wondering how realistic this is, and with how competitive the program acceptance rates seem, is it even worth apply without ICU on my resume?
