Job Description

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a Magnet-Recognized hospital within the BJC HealthCare system, is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a specialized weekend shift position. Located in an esteemed area of St. Louis, this role offers highly competitive pay, generous bonuses, and comprehensive benefits in a respected and supportive practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia care across diverse inpatient and outpatient procedural areas
  • Respond to in-house calls with a 30-minute response time
  • Participate in a rotating weekend call schedule (detailed below)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $243,500+ (based on experience)
  • $30,000 sign-on bonus
  • Advanced sign-on bonus for students: $1,500/month
  • $15,000 annual call bonus
  • Supplemental pay for hours beyond scheduled shifts
  • Medical, dental, vision, CME, ATO, disability, parental leave
  • Three retirement plans: 401(k), pension, and 457(b)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, weekend-based position
  • First call 12-hour day shift
  • Second call 24-hour shift
  • Additional 8-hour shift every two weeks
  • 30-minute response time required
