Job Description
BBI, a specialized surgery center in Northwest Arkansas, is seeking a full-time CRNA to provide safe, individualized anesthesia care with a focus on MAC and local cases. This is a no call, no weekend position ideal for CRNAs who value a predictable schedule and high-quality clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments, including evaluations, history reviews, and diagnostic consultations
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs and procedure type
- Administer MAC, local, and occasional general or regional anesthesia
- Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures
- Ensure safe post-anesthesia recovery and manage side effects in the PACU
- Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with best practices and participate in quality improvement efforts
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 annual salary: $200,000–$220,000
- Full-time role with no call, no weekends

Job Requirements
- Active Arkansas CRNA license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification
- Proficiency in administering MAC and local anesthesia
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Arkansas Administrative Code for CRNAs
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or call required
- Focused on MAC and local anesthesia cases in a surgery center setting
