Job Description

Join Harbor Anesthesia, a growing private CRNA-led practice in Chicago, as a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This is a lifestyle-focused role offering autonomy, high morale, and flexible scheduling. Work Monday through Friday at two modern ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for ASC procedures, including bread-and-butter surgical cases and GI (EGDs, colonoscopies)
• Work independently with support from a collaborative team
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care in outpatient settings

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 salary plus $30,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
• Ability to work independently and in a team-focused ASC setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday – Friday, no weekends, holidays, nights, or call
• Two ASC locations: surgical and endoscopy (no ERCP or general)
• Short, efficient workdays with high quality of life
