Job Description

Advocate Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesiology Team at Aurora Medical Center Bay Area in Marinette, WI. This position offers a flexible schedule, no call or weekends, and a supportive, CRNA-led environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $200,000 – $320,000
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
• Student Loan Forgiveness: Up to $60,000 paid directly to lenders
• Licensure & Certification Costs Covered
• $2,000 CME Allowance + 40 Hours of CME PTO
• Malpractice Insurance Provided
• PTO Based on Years of Experience
• Extra Shift Bonuses: $50/hour for pre-scheduled hours over 4

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Active RN and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from NBCRNA
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification (required within 6 months of hire if not already obtained)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• CRNA-led anesthesia team
• Elective and emergency surgeries for both adult and pediatric patients

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-anesthesia, anesthesia, and post-anesthesia services, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Manage emergency situations, including advanced airway management and life support
• Perform preoperative evaluations and post-anesthetic follow-ups
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
