Job Description

A stable private anesthesia group serving Ascension St. Alexius in Hoffman Estates, Illinois for over 40 years is seeking 2–3 full-time CRNAs to join its team. This is a W-2 opportunity with a flexible 40-hour schedule, backup call, and a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

The practice covers one community hospital and includes a broad bread-and-butter case mix with no trauma and no cardiac/EP cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a community hospital setting
• Manage cases including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, endoscopy, and low-acuity spine
• Occasional TEE participation
• Work within a predominantly medically directed model (approximately 99%)
• Perform spinals, arterial lines (sometimes), and regional procedures as negotiated

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $257,920 ($124/hour)
• $90,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment; negotiable)
• Overtime pay and pager call reimbursement
• Total compensation can exceed $400,000
• 7 weeks paid vacation
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Corporate premium contribution toward medical insurance
• Time-and-a-half pay for hours greater than 40 per week

Job Requirements

• Active Illinois license required
• NBCRNA certification required (must be fully certified)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• New graduates accepted

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time flexible 40-hour schedule
• Negotiable first and second call (backup call structure)
• Post-call day off provided
• Group includes 14 full-time anesthesiologists, 3 part-time anesthesiologists, 5 full-time CRNAs, and 3 part-time CRNAs
• SRNA training program in place
