Job Description

Bothwell Regional Health Center (BRHC), located in Sedalia, Missouri, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing anesthesia team. Just one hour from Kansas City and Columbia, BRHC is a 108-bed facility with 5 OR suites, a separate C-section suite, and 2 endoscopy suites. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs, providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases.

The CRNA will work an average of 35 hours per week before call, with a 1:8 primary call and 1:8 backup call schedule. The position covers a broad mix of cases including general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, orthopedics, urology, and endoscopy. Pediatric cases include ear tubes, tonsillectomies, and frenulectomies. No cardiac, neuro, or spinal cases are required. Most cases are completed by 3:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

• Competitive salary: $260,000 – $280,000 annually

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Missouri state license or eligibility
• Expertise in neuraxial and regional anesthesia (ultrasound-guided techniques preferred)
• Comfortable handling general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, orthopedics, urology, and endoscopy cases
• No cardiac, neuro, or spinal surgery required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Average of 35 hours per week before call
• 1:8 primary call and 1:8 backup call (rare call-backs)
• Take call from home with a 30-minute response time
• Cases include general, OB/GYN, ENT, orthopedics, and urology
• Most cases finished by 3:00 PM
