Samaritan Health Services, an award-winning nonprofit integrated health system in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative and independent CRNA team in Corvallis. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for OB, general surgery, ENT, GI, urology, neurosurgery, vascular, and orthopedics
• Participate in a strong regional anesthesia program
• Deliver excellent patient care in a collaborative team setting
• Flexibly staff shifts of 8, 12, or 24 hours to maintain work-life balance
• Contribute to expanding CRNA service coverage in the community

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $300,000 with over $135,000 in starting financial incentives
• Full benefits including medical, vision, dental, CME, malpractice with tail, and retirement plan
• 220 shifts per year considered full-time

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification
• Oregon licensure or eligibility
• Excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities
• Commitment to team-oriented, patient-centered care
• Experienced CRNAs preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered

Schedule & Work Environment

• 220 shifts annually, with a choice of 8-, 12-, or 24-hour shifts
• Independent practice model within a supportive CRNA team
