Job Description

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a CRNA to join their outpatient anesthesia team. This independent-practice opportunity features a flexible schedule with no call requirements and a broad case mix in a supportive, stable, and scenic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide independent anesthesia care across outpatient surgical areas
Case types include orthopedics, ENT, gastroenterology, pediatrics, plastics, ophthalmology, EP, and more
Perform nerve blocks and anesthesia for healthy pediatric patients
Optional 24-hour OB shifts available (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $270,000–$320,000 based on experience
Generous sign-on and relocation bonus
$5,000 annual CME allowance + $1,000 for licenses/dues
5–7% retirement match

Job Requirements

CRNA with ability to practice independently
Comfortable with regional blocks
Experience with healthy pediatric cases required

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time with a 4-day workweek
No call, no nights, no weekends
