Job Description

BVAMG, a physician-owned and led anesthesia group in Los Angeles, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing team. This is a W-2 position offering autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a collegial workplace. CRNAs enjoy 100% own-case practice across a variety of settings, from complex hospital procedures to outpatient surgery centers. Work-life balance is prioritized through a flexible call model and strong team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently deliver anesthesia care in community hospitals and surgery centers
• Manage a broad case mix including spine, vascular, orthopedic, cataract, and GI procedures
• Ensure patient safety through accurate assessment, anesthesia planning, and monitoring
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a supportive environment

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
